Our Company
Capitol Government Contract Specialists (Capitol GCS) was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Irvine, CA. Since our inception, we have leveraged a unique asset—the Capitol GCS Transit Executive Bench—a group of senior transit industry executives with over 500 years of collective experience. Together with our administrative team, which provides high-quality overhead labor at a low cost, we offer cradle-to-grave solutions that help agencies across the U.S. stay on schedule and within budget.
At Capitol GCS, we don’t offer quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we develop tailored roadmaps that empower transit agencies to operate confidently and independently long after our engagement ends. Our goal is to build lasting capacity—not dependency—so agencies are equipped to sustain progress and navigate future challenges on their own.
